Ben Reason

Ben Reason is the founder of live|work.

Ben has a background in both Fine Art and Business, so he naturally started out working for web design agencies like Oyster Partners and Razorfish. However towards the end of the first dotcom boom, Ben moved into the field of service design by setting up live|work.

One of Ben’s early successes involved designing the entire Streetcar service experience, creating one of the fastest growing car clubs in Europe. Since then he has worked on a range of high-profile projects for both private and public sector clients. It’s no wonder that he was voted one of the top 20 most influential designers in IKON magazine.

With his background on the web, he was the perfect choice to write a book named Service Design for Rosenfeld Media, something he will no doubt be drawing upon during his session at UX London.
